1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the parties whose information is provided below, under the terms and conditions specified herein.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) (“Product/Products”) sold by the Seller to the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
3. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood all information related to the Product’s essential features, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal, and that they have given electronic confirmation of this.
4. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The purchased product(s), their prices, and payment details are specified in the order confirmation. The order confirmation forms an integral part of this Agreement.

5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer and will be completed within the legal period of 30 days at the latest.
5.2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product, without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written notification to the Seller’s contact address.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS
7.1. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent to the Seller complete, undamaged, and together with the invoice and all accessories.
7.2. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. The Seller is responsible for delivering the Product free from defects, in the agreed specifications, and under warranty conditions.
8.2. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the Product before accepting delivery and to request a report from the courier if damage is detected.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
10. ENFORCEMENT
The Buyer confirms electronically that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
