Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between the parties whose information is given below, under the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products (“Product/Products”) sold to the Buyer via the Seller’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (“Law”) and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read and is aware of all information regarding the basic characteristics of the Product, such as the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions and right of withdrawal, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The product(s) purchased, sales price, and payment information are specified in the order confirmation. The order confirmation is an integral part of this Agreement.

5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer and is carried out within a legal period of 30 days.
5.2. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The Buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
6.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send a written notification to the Seller's contact information.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS
7.1. The Product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be sent to the Seller complete and undamaged, together with the invoice and all accessories.
7.2. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. The Seller is responsible for delivering the Product without defects, in accordance with the requested qualities and in accordance with the warranty scope.
8.2. The Buyer is obliged to check the Product before receiving it and to have the courier officer draw up a report if he/she thinks the Product is damaged.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Parties accept the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts as competent authorities in disputes that may arise from this Agreement.

10. ENFORCEMENT
The Buyer electronically confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in this Agreement.
